Dexterous: your industrial fluid lifecycle, run as one connected system.

For decades, industrial fluid has been treated as four separate problems. Chemistry from one supplier. Equipment from another. Service from a third. Disposal from a fourth. When something failed, the four pointed fingers and the engineering team in the middle carried the cost. Dexterous is how ISG UK Ltd runs it as one. Premium MotulTech chemistry, our in-house Dexterous Range of dosing and recovery equipment, ISG Field engineers on your floor every cycle, and third-party verified waste management by Environmental Green Group. Every dose, sample and intervention logged into Dexterous Digital. At year-end, a Carbon Handprint Report, verified against ISO 14067, signed off by Environmental Green Group. Cradle to grave. One team. One record. One number that travels.

Four connected services. One closed-loop lifecycle.

Product, Equipment, Service and Waste Management. The four engines of the Dexterous lifecycle. Run together, they extend fluid life, cut waste and produce a carbon credential your OEM will recognise on sight.

Carbon Handprint

CARBON HANDPRINT

Footprint counts what you create. Handprint counts what you prevent.

Without verification, we reduce waste. With it, we prove it.

A footprint is the emissions inside your bottle. The Carbon Handprint is the emissions, fluid, biocide doses and changeouts your operation avoids by switching to the Dexterous lifecycle. It is third-party verified by Environmental Green Group, aligned to ISO 14067 and the GHG Protocol, and formatted for CSRD Scope 3 reporting. From 2026, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to Airbus, Safran and major automotive OEMs must provide auditable carbon data. The Dexterous Carbon Handprint Report is the only third-party verified MWF carbon credential in the market. It converts a service contract into a sustainability asset, the document a customer puts on the table when their own OEM asks for evidence.

The questions we get asked most.

We run the full life of your metalworking fluid as one connected system. Chemistry, equipment, on-site engineering and verified waste management, under one contract, one team and one record. Most suppliers sell one slice of that loop. We run the whole loop.

MotulTech is our primary MWF and lubricant chemistry partner, backed by Motul's 170-plus years of formulation heritage. ISG UK Ltd is the appointed UK Master Distributor, the highest formal tier of partnership available. It means we cannot be undercut on MotulTech by another UK supplier, by definition. It also means new product launches reach our customers first.

It is the year-end document that quantifies the emissions your operation has avoided by running the Dexterous lifecycle, instead of a linear fluid model. It is issued by Environmental Green Group, our third-party verification partner, against ISO 14067 and the GHG Protocol. It is not modelled, not estimated, and not marketing. It is the document your OEM auditor and your CSRD team both want to see.

Yes. The report is formatted for CSRD Article 8 Scope 3 supply chain disclosure, in the structure your finance team can drop straight into a sustainability filing. From 2026, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to Airbus, Safran and major automotive OEMs must provide auditable carbon data. We built the report for that requirement specifically.

We work across engineering and manufacturing. Aerospace and defence, automotive and EV battery component machining, and precision engineering are our deepest specialisms, because the chemistry, COSHH and audit demands sit highest there. But the Dexterous lifecycle works on any fluid-dependent manufacturing operation. If your production depends on fluid behaving predictably, we should be talking.

Two hours on your site with our engineer, no charge, no commitment. We assess the fluid, flag the quick wins, and give you an indicative Carbon Handprint figure on the day. From there, you decide whether you want a follow-up.

No. Most customers start with one or two pillars and add the others over time. Product alone, equipment alone, or a service contract alone, all work as standalone engagements. The full Carbon Handprint Report only becomes available once all four pillars are connected, but the operational and cost benefits compound from day one of any pillar going live.

A typical first-pillar deployment runs within 30 to 60 days of contract. A full four-pillar deployment is usually phased over 90 to 180 days, depending on site complexity and the audit cycle you are working to. We share a clear deployment roadmap during the site walk.

The MotulTech range is manufactured by Motul at source and shipped direct to our customers for the first twelve months of the UK launch. That means faster restock cycles, no warehouse markup, and chemistry that arrives in the same condition it left the factory in.
